Tim Allan Walker started his professional career in 1995 at KYOO 99.1 FM/1200 AM in Bolivar, Missouri working as the local board operator for the Royal's Radio Network.  He eventually anchored the station's Weekend News and Swap Shop programs, directed local live sports coverage, and hosted the town's parade coverage.   

     In 1998 Tim Allan performed his first internship at a local NBC affiliate in Springfield, Missouri.  While interning at KY3, Tim Allan was the interim producer for the Midday News with Steve Grant (because two of the station's producers quit). 
 
     1999 brought about the exciting opportunity for Tim Allan to intern in the research department at the Late Show with David Letterman in New York. 
 
     When the internship ended in 2000 Tim Allan returned to college in Missouri, and completed his degree requirements at Southwest Baptist University.  Tim Allan graduated with a B.S. in Communications with an emphasis in Television and a minor in Psychology. 
 
     After college Tim Allan traveled around the country with Chili's Grill and Bar opening up restaurants as a corporate trainer.  The company transferred him to the West Palm Beach location in 2002.  
 
     In September 2002 Tim Allan was hired as producer at WJNO West Palm Beach and eventualy the show he worked on was syndicated by Air America Radio where he remained until September 2005.  Tim Allan even appears in a HBO documentary 'The Road To Air America' featuring the chaotic mess of this time period.

After being fired from that gig, Tim Allan picked up the phone and was hired 3 minutes later at KOOL 105.5.
